Request a presentation on semester conversion for your group
Before submitting a presentation request for your group, check out the resource links on the left and above to determine if the information you need is readily available.
READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST
1. For any requested semester conversion presentation, the host group is responsible for securing:- Appropriate space.
- Adequate chairs/tables.
- Public address system.
- Audio visual equipment, i.e., for showing of PowerPoint.
- Web connectivity.2. The semester conversion presenters will accommodate groups whenever possible considering schedule and work demands. Groups desiring a specific date and time must submit their presentation requests at least 3 weeks prior to the intended date. Groups that request a specific date further in advance increase their chances of securing a presentation on that date.
