Request a presentation on semester conversion for your group

READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST
1. For any requested semester conversion presentation, the host group is responsible for securing:

   - Appropriate space.
   - Adequate chairs/tables.
   - Public address system.
   - Audio visual equipment, i.e., for showing of PowerPoint.
   - Web connectivity.

2. The semester conversion presenters will accommodate groups whenever possible considering schedule and work demands. Groups desiring a specific date and time must submit their presentation requests at least 3 weeks prior to the intended date. Groups that request a specific date further in advance increase their chances of securing a presentation on that date.
